Charming small, comfy hotel with obliging staff. A wide range of fresh food. Marvellous location in a nice area really close to the cable car, tram, shopping area and railway station, a last minute getaway and all the main attractions.

The breakfast with pastries and sevice with a big smile, for example was nice hot, you’ll find what you need. The location offered was best possible just off the Llandudno Pier, the beach and other major attractions, and the shops and public transport.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable time at this hotel and will be back. It was fairly clean, breakfast was good hot and delicious. It was a perfect and magnificent location very close to the Pier and Esplanade, the promenade, shops and restaurant's and Great Orme and the tram and cable car stations. The staff were lovely friendly and excellent the whole time of my stay.

All of the staff was pleasant and excellent and attentive to guests. Had the queen room which was neat with a bath. Nice toiletries and slippers were available there. It was in a the best and handy location just next door to the seafront and pier, and great restaurants. I came here for 2 nights and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
